Day 27 - exhausted

Been pushing myself to the last juice of energy in all exercises in the past few days. E.g. if I still have a bit of energy after the 4 sets of squats, I do a few more until I collapse.

Today, I failed before I finished my 4 sets of sit-ups...

Really wanted some food after my workout... But will have to wait till dinner in an hour's time.
